- What is covered by the warranty ?
What is the age of my guitar:
The age and origin of your guitar can be found on the internal label in your instrument, or on the website.
The specifications of your guitar can be found on each product page.
- How do I adjust the truss rod of my guitar?
Inappropriate truss rod adjustments can cause structural problems and we recommend you contact a luthier or guitar technician unless you are familiar
with this operation.
Our guitars are fitted with a 2-way truss and supplied with the appropriate Allen wrench.
- How do I clean my guitar?
Use a branded proprietary guitar polish of your choice and follow the directions. For cleaning the fingerboard use a branded proprietary oil of your choice and follow the directions.
- What conditions should I store my guitar in?
Most environments require some help to maintain appropriate storage conditions.
We recommend you use a Bovida humidifier in order to stabilize the humidity of your guitar.
Most cracks and lifting bridges are the result of inadequate humidity. Storing your instrument in a low-humidity environment can cause the wood to shrink and distort, potentially cracking and causing other problems. It's necessary to know the humidity where you store your instrument. We recommend 50-55%.
- What gauge of strings should I use on my guitar?
Our guitars are factory-fitted with Daddario 12-53 strings. Your string brand of choice will be fine however we do not recommend fitting gauges heavier than 12-53.
Factory specifications for string height (measures top of fret to bottom of string):
Bass-side string height at 12th fret: 3.5mm.
Treble-side string height at 12th fret: 2.5mm
